    What a wonderful new blog. Loved all the great ways to use a box of vegies. A challenge for a cook, met with flair and honesty!

    I used leftover champagne (bubbles gone – can you imagine leftover champagne?) and leftover lettuce, slightly limp, as a base for soups – has an interesting flavour.
